What you will do

• Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on automated machinery, conveyor systems, and robotics.
• Perform preventative maintenance including lubrication, calibration, and part replacement to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems (240VAC/480VAC) and mechanical issues to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize system performance and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory in the CMMS system.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations within the warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a highly automated environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to read technical schematics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting conveyors, robotics, and PLCs.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
