What you will do

• Perform basic to moderate hardware repairs, component swaps, and preventive maintenance following SOPs.
• Execute structured diagnostic procedures using approved hardware and software tools.
• Replace components including motors, sensors, harnesses, and mechanical assemblies.
• Document all repair work, photos, and evidence in MaintainX for engineering traceability.
• Maintain organized workstations and adhere to all safety and tool-handling standards.
• Identify and flag repeat repair patterns to help address systemic concerns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on technical experience in electro-mechanical, automotive, electronics, robotics, or aerospace industries.
• Ability to perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with standard diagnostic tools like multimeters and power supplies.
• Experience working in shop, lab, or field-service environments.
• Must be based in Miami, FL for on-site work.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day schedule.

Nice to have

• Trade school certification or completion of a technical training program.
• Experience with issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
• Exposure to integrated mechanical-electrical systems and automation.
