Salary: $70,740–$82,368 USD annually, plus an eligible performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain automated machinery, conveyors, robotics, PLC-controlled equipment, and automated storage systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication, calibration, parts replacement, and inspection planning.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems from low voltage through 240VAC and 480VAC, using diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
• Enter preventive maintenance tasks and parts into the CMMS and maintain accurate work orders, equipment logs, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on automation optimization, process improvements, and equipment upgrades.
• Support facility equipment performance, technician training, warehouse safety, and emergency maintenance response.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a highly automated distribution center or manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting conveyors, robotics, PLCs, automated storage systems, and complex industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and safety skills, including compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift, flexible shifts, and emergency maintenance situations.
