What you will do

• Prepare market-ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning or repair, housekeeping, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests and deliver timely, professional customer service.
• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance, carpentry, painting, pool, life-safety, and other property systems.
• Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Schedule and document preventive maintenance and perform on-call emergency procedures.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues, property damage, vacant repairs, and common-area needs to the manager.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational education.
• EPA 608 certification, minimum Type II; CPO or locally required certification may also apply.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work any shift Sunday through Saturday.
• Knowledge of applicable state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, safety policies, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to travel between properties, climb stairs, work outdoors in varying weather, and lift or move up to 100 pounds.
