What you will do

• Perform routine, emergency, and preventative repairs across the property portfolio.
• Maintain buildings and grounds to ensure safety, comfort, and high quality standards.
• Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry tasks.
• Collaborate with property management to respond to resident needs efficiently.
• Manage and maintain digital records of completed work orders using company-issued mobile applications.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle for daily transportation to properties in Exeter, NH.
• Knowledge of general apartment and building repairs, including painting and light carpentry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail.
• Professional customer service skills for interacting with residents in occupied apartments.
• Availability to work a shared rotating on-call schedule.
