What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems including pumps, chillers, and boilers.
• Execute general repairs and replacement of building fixtures, appliances, and distribution controls.
• Manage water treatment chemical programs and maintain detailed operation logs for central plant and equipment.
• Operate and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems at the assigned property.
• Provide concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations, Property Management, or a related industry preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency with power tools (pneumatic, electric, engine drive), saws, and grinders.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and access confined spaces (e.g., roofs, crawl spaces).
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma preferred.
