• Perform routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance repairs across property portfolios.
• Maintain building systems and grounds to ensure safety and resident comfort.

• Complete work orders independently and maintain accurate digital records via mobile applications.
• Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule for emergency repairs.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle for daily transportation.
• Knowledge of or aptitude for basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and light carpentry.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally in occupied apartments.
• Detail-oriented with experience using mobile technology for work-related tasks.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a supportive team environment.
