What you will do

• Oversee building equipment including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators.
• Manage technicians' workloads, unit work orders, and vendor contracts for turnovers.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules and perform regular building inspections.
• Ensure life safety and building security standards are met.
• Handle supply ordering and budget management.
• Provide hands-on support for escalated maintenance and safety issues.

Requirements

• CFC Universal certification required.
• Experience in building engineering strategy and preventative maintenance.
• Proven track record of managing team performance and controlling expenses.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Availability for rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Engineering/HVAC License.
