What you will do

• Perform routine, emergency, and preventative repairs across the property portfolio.
• Maintain buildings and grounds to ensure safety and comfort standards.
• Complete work orders and maintain digital records via a company-issued mobile app.
• Collaborate with property management to uphold high housing standards.
• Respond to resident needs and handle repairs in occupied apartments.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and light carpentry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for daily transportation.
• Availability to work a shared rotating on-call schedule is required.
• Ability to use a smartphone and work-related applications for reporting.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
