What you will do

• Lead the development, evaluation, and operationalization of enterprise-level strategies with executive and cross-functional leaders.
• Evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other inorganic growth opportunities.
• Align business units, functions, and priority initiatives with enterprise strategy.
• Prepare executive, board, and investor materials that simplify complex strategic and financial concepts.
• Lead high-impact projects from problem definition and analysis through recommendations, executive alignment, and implementation planning.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level, VP, and SVP stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate development, or a related strategic function.
• Strong preference for 5+ years of M&A experience in investment banking.
• Experience with strategic planning, M&A, organizational alignment, and executive-level decision support.
• Experience in digital health, pharmacy, PBM, healthcare technology, or related industries.
• Strong financial, quantitative, qualitative, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and AI tools.
