What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on federal and state healthcare policy issues.
• Monitor and analyze legislative, regulatory, and market developments to provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for workstreams.
• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality work products on time and within budget.
• Translate complex policy analyses into compelling, client-ready deliverables and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Policy, Public Policy, Law, Public Health, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, pharma, biotech, or government agencies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare policy landscape, specifically Medicare Part B/D, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and 340B.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, including budgets and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level audiences.

• Experience developing client proposals and statements of work.
• Experience leading client-facing presentations and executive discussions.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, visualization tools, or AI-enabled workflows.
