What you will do

• Lead and oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and project profitability.
• Manage client relationships across all levels, including clinical staff, physicians, and administrative leadership.
• Direct data analysis, interpret findings, and develop strategic recommendations for healthcare clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project staff to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Support business development activities, including sales calls, RFP responses, and identifying add-on opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal practice leadership to grow service lines and contribute to practice development.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel 81-100% domestically.
• Proven expertise in management consulting, health systems finance, or operations.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver effective presentations to executive audiences.
• Proficiency in qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving.

• Master’s Degree.
• RN or other professional clinical license.
• PMP or Lean Certification.
