Salary: US-Remote $144,045 – $169,440; SF (Hybrid) $165,438 – $194,633; Toronto (Hybrid) CA$136,169 – CA$160,199; Canada-Remote CA$128,746 – CA$151,466

What you will do
- Lead the vision, architecture, and evolution of the Salesforce platform and broader GTM systems ecosystem.
- Manage Salesforce as an internal product, developing roadmaps and prioritizing high-impact business improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Design maintainable system architectures that minimize technical debt and operational overhead.
- Evaluate and implement third-party or AI-native solutions to improve internal operations and GTM workflows.
- Establish best practices for automation, governance, data quality, and platform scalability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing or leading Salesforce/GTM Systems solutions in high-growth SaaS.
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, automation, and platform architecture.
- Strong systems design skills with a track record of building scalable solutions for complex business processes.
- Experience mentoring Salesforce developers or serving as a technical lead on systems initiatives.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with HubSpot or other modern GTM platforms.
- Experience implementing AI-powered workflow automation tools.
- Background supporting rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organizations.
