Sales Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco (Hybrid: Anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and sales systems to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end projects from requirements and analysis to implementation, testing, and launch.
• Manage Salesforce configuration including Flows, custom objects, and security controls via governed change management.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal to transform deal friction into durable systems.
• Partner with senior admins and developers to configure core CRM data models and lead-to-opportunity processes.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate development, generate code, and simplify seller workflows.

Requirements

• Salesforce Admin certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Business Systems Analyst or in Salesforce support.
• Experience with CPQ implementation and deep knowledge of quote-to-cash processes.
• Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud best practices, including building Flows and validation rules.
• Ability to map processes and translate complex needs into clear user stories.
• Experience working within Agile environments.

• Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
