TL;DR

Director of Revenue Systems (SaaS): Leading and scaling the Salesforce and GTM technology ecosystem to enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams with an accent on system architecture and operational maturity. Focus on designing scalable internal products, mentoring developers, and integrating AI-powered workflow automation to optimize business productivity.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (Hybrid in San Francisco or Toronto, or Remote)

Salary: $187,000 – $252,710 (depending on location) + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of the Salesforce platform and broader Revenue Systems ecosystem.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to raise technical and operational maturity.
  • Treat internal platforms as products by developing roadmaps and prioritizing high-impact requests.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement third-party tools and AI-native solutions to improve internal workflows.
  • Establish governance around system architecture, automation, and data quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading Salesforce or Revenue Systems teams in high-growth SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including Apex, automation, and platform architecture.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce developers or systems engineers.
  • Strong product thinking and systems design skills for building maintainable, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered workflow automation tools.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, or modern RevOps tooling.
  • Background in rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organizations.
