What you will do

• Administer and optimize Salesforce, managing custom objects, flows, validation rules, and reporting dashboards.
• Own the end-to-end GTM tool stack, managing vendor relationships and providing data-driven recommendations for consolidation.
• Design and deploy new tool workflows and cross-system integrations to eliminate manual handoffs.
• Champion an AI-first approach by leveraging LLMs and automation agents to reduce manual effort for revenue teams.
• Build integrations across the GTM stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, etc.) via APIs and iPaaS platforms.
• Document system configurations and integration architecture to ensure operational continuity and enable AI automations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps Systems, or Salesforce Admin within high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplaces.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent deep hands-on expertise in flows and custom objects.
• Proven track record of incorporating LLMs and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Clay, n8n, Gemini, Claude) into GTM workflows.
• Hands-on experience managing a SaaS GTM stack, including ROI analysis for tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Gong.
• Technical aptitude for system integrations via REST APIs or iPaaS platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states.
