What you will do

• Lead implementation and optimization of Sales Cloud for pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
• Design and maintain RevOps solutions to align system capabilities with business objectives.
• Manage Salesforce CPQ or Certinia SCPQ to streamline quote-to-cash workflows.
• Oversee Certinia PSA for resource allocation and financial tracking.
• Integrate Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to drive actionable insights and engagement.
• Implement Agentforce AI solutions to enhance automation and user productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, or Peru.
• 3+ years of experience as a SF Administrator or Consultant.
• Proven track record with Sales Cloud implementations and revenue forecasting.
• Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments.
• Strong background in change management and change control.
• SF Administrator certification required.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist, AI).
• Experience with Loyalty Management, Data Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or Zapier.
• Experience in the Hospitality Industry.
