Talent Sourcing Strategist (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is building data, infrastructure, post-training data, reinforcement-learning environments, and context and verification tools for AI systems, with a focus on creative judgment and design.

What you will do

• Map creative talent markets and identify untapped communities.
• Build sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles in collaboration with Product Leads.
• Test platforms, tools, messaging, and outbound approaches.
• Create targeted talent lists and move candidates from first contact through completed assessment.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks, automations, and workflows.
• Track channel performance and downstream quality to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, growth, sales development, or a similar outbound-focused role.
• Experience working toward aggressive targets and diagnosing performance issues.
• Strong research instincts, strategic thinking, urgency, and follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate across product, operations, design, and research.
• Ability to use AI tools for research, automation, and repetitive work.
• Comfort working independently in a startup environment with broad ownership.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in creative work and an eye for quality.
• Experience sourcing niche or hard-to-reach audiences.
• Background in human data, recruiting, marketplaces, or creative industries.
