Senior Talent Sourcer (AI Insurance SaaS)

Location: New York, NY, with the ability to work from the New York City or Chicago office at least 2 days per week preferred.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 base salary annually, plus an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Source 50–100+ candidates per week across sales, client success, shared services, product, engineering, and other functions.
• Build talent pipelines using job advertising, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Write compelling outreach messages and engage passive candidates.
• Track sourcing performance, run A/B tests, and use data to influence hiring managers.
• Participate in weekly recruiting meetings and report measurable progress on open roles.
• Schedule candidates with technical interviewers and support a smooth interview process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in startup or scale-up environments.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, plus LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack, and related systems.
• Strong ability to attract passive candidates and communicate a company’s competitive advantages.
• Data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work from the New York City or Chicago office at least 2 days per week preferred.
