Senior Technical Sourcing Recruiter, Product & Engineering

What you will do

• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative channels.
• Build proactive pipelines for engineering, product management, and design talent, including senior individual contributors and executive leaders.
• Partner with technical recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles and provide market intelligence.
• Deliver diverse, well-vetted candidate slates through personalized outreach and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruiting teams to improve sourcing templates, reporting, and governance.
• Manage multiple concurrent technical searches across product and engineering domains while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years focused on technical hiring in Product and Engineering.
• Experience working in a global enterprise or a retained/executive search firm.
• Deep expertise in building, calibrating, and refining technical candidate pipelines.
• Strong understanding of requirements across Product, Engineering, and related technical organizations.
• Experience partnering across time zones and cultures within a distributed global Talent Acquisition structure.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, strategic advising, and influencing skills.

• Experience hiring across all business functions.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations, or retained search.
• Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing frameworks.
• Experience using AI and AI-related technologies.
