Digital EFT Product Manager – Enterprise Finance & Compliance (SAP)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for enterprise Finance technology products.
• Lead Digital/IT resources, including system analysts, solution engineers, delivery leads, and system specialists.
• Manage demand intake, backlog prioritization, scope definition, planning, and delivery in partnership with the PMO.
• Own the lifecycle of ERP and connected platforms from ideation and development through launch, iteration, and retirement.
• Govern enterprise systems controls, integrity, audit readiness, releases, changes, vendor outcomes, and capacity.
• Track KPIs, manage risks, represent customer needs, and drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, digital product development, ERP oversight, or IT project management, including team leadership.
• Required SAP experience in finance domains such as record-to-report, product costing, direct tax and transfer pricing, fixed assets, reporting and consolidations, or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise platforms such as Concur, IBP, ARIBA, MDG, and SAC.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools, business analysis, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, particularly for leading multidisciplinary teams in an ERP pod-structured environment.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise IT solutions, portfolio ownership, Jira, Trello, or Aha!.
