Associate Product Manager (Compliance)

What you will do

• Establish clear product strategy and roadmaps aligned with Compliance Engineering objectives.
• Conduct user research, including current state assessments and requirements gathering.
• Translate business requirements into user stories for development teams.
• Manage sprint execution and coordinate product launches.
• Communicate progress to key stakeholders and manage the product backlog.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and validate functional delivery.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field with 1 year of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience performing product management activities across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience driving product vision, design, and launch strategy.
• Ability to coordinate activities across engineering, UX, and research functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates and documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
