Group Product Manager (Finance Technology)

Group Product Manager (Finance Technology) (Finance SaaS/AI): Owns the product vision, roadmap, and operating model for finance systems spanning treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity with an accent on AI-enabled automation, scalability, controls, and measurable business outcomes. Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $210,800–$295,200 USD base salary, plus eligible equity and, depending on the position, commission.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the Finance SaaS portfolio across P2P, R2R, QTC, H2R, payroll, equity, treasury, and planning.
• Lead finance and AI transformation by identifying use cases for close automation, reconciliations, anomaly detection, approval copilots, and intelligent workflows.
• Translate finance priorities into sequenced roadmaps and measurable outcomes, including close-cycle reduction, automation, SOX effectiveness, and productivity.
• Manage and coach product managers, establish operating standards, resolve prioritization conflicts, and expand team coverage as the organization scales.
• Maintain hands-on ownership of selected applications, including intake, prioritization, releases, adoption, stakeholder relationships, and delivery with engineering.
• Manage vendors, renewals, SLAs, roadmap influence, spend rationalization, license utilization, and M&A systems diligence and integration planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, business or finance systems, or finance transformation, including 2+ years of direct people management.
• Experience owning Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains, such as ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, or payroll.
• Experience building product operating models covering roadmaps, prioritization, release management, change management, and adoption measurement.
• Strong vendor management, executive communication, financial controls, audit readiness, SOX, data quality, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience defining close transformation, reconciliation, reporting readiness, and UAT strategies in complex, high-growth environments.
• Must be based in the United States and able to work remotely within the US.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth public technology company.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Workato, Adaptive, Zip, Coupa, Ramp, Workday, Salesforce, or comparable finance technology stacks.
• Experience with advertising platforms, quote-to-cash or procure-to-pay transformation, M&A workstreams, or corporate engineering models.
