Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the discovery and development of innovative credit card products to enhance member financial well-being and drive portfolio growth with an accent on digital innovation and member-centric design. Focus on transforming strategic ideas into scalable solutions, managing complex product roadmaps, and optimizing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Location: Must be resident of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. Primarily remote, but hybrid (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) for those within driving distance to the Tukwila, WA headquarters.

Salary: $121,200 - $225,800 annually

What you will do

• Lead product discovery through research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to uncover innovation opportunities.
• Develop product strategies, business cases, and capability proposals aligned with New Product Development leadership.
• Manage product intake and prioritization for credit card initiatives, balancing business value, member needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide initiatives from concept through implementation and monitor post-launch performance.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Tech, Operations, and Retail teams to ensure successful go-to-market planning.
• Establish success metrics and build performance dashboards to evaluate product impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in technology, business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product development, or product operations.
• Must be a legal resident of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA.

Nice to have

• Direct experience managing or developing credit card products and roadmaps.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for managing epics, features, and backlogs.
• Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Strong skills in determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer.
