Product Specialist - Services (ERP)

What you will do

• Design and deliver ERP system enhancements and process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized global solutions.
• Consolidate local process variants into a shared global ERP template to ensure regional consistency.
• Assess and reduce local customizations and deviations to converge toward global standards.
• Provide expert-level support for complex or recurrent tickets and perform root cause analysis.
• Create playbooks, guidelines, and documentation to transfer knowledge to Second-Level Support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation, support, or product management.
• Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticket management and workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not provided for this position.
