What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Advise customers throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Align customer business goals with hirify.global’s product roadmap and drive measurable platform adoption.
• Manage a variable quota tied to new business, retention, adoption, and account expansion.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews for senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Broad expertise in web security, routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments, SaaS metrics, business-value translation, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills, including communication with C-suite executives.
• Bilingual English and Cantonese required to support Hong Kong customers.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integrations, API connectors, and edge functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Workers AI and AI Gateway.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
