What you will do

• Position the company as a strategic partner and trusted engineering advisor for managers and VPs.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify high-impact use cases that are technically feasible and commercially grounded.
• Define AI strategies and technical roadmaps for accounts, translating product capabilities into a multi-horizon vision.
• Create and deliver tailored, technically credible demos aligned with client engineering workflows.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) with a deep understanding of technical building blocks and workflow transformation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product teams to close deals and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or similar).
• Solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows and their AI transformation potential.
• Professional fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Working knowledge of Python and modern development practices for creating AI prototypes.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
• Must be located in Japan.

Nice to have

• Hands-on simulation experience: CAD to post-processing pipelines and solver experience.
• Strong programming skills in ML/DL frameworks, including model training and deployment.
• Strategic or technical consulting background in digital transformations.
• Experience with engineering software tools like Ansys, Altair, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, or Autodesk.
