Solutions Engineer (AI): Managing the technical side of the sales cycle for an AI infrastructure platform with an accent on solution architecture, POC development, and developer relations. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Own the technical sales cycle including discovery, solution architecture, and product demos.
• Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate how hirify.global solves specific customer problems.
• Act as the technical voice for prospects and translate their feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Develop technical proposals to convert potential leads into signed customers.
• Partner closely with the revenue team to move deals forward and achieve team targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally with API or developer-centric products.
• Ability to read code, use APIs, and independently build functional technical POCs.
• Proven capability to translate deep technical details into business value for diverse audiences.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
