What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level sales cycles from discovery and technical evaluation through to PoCs and closed-won deals.
• Conduct deep technical discovery workshops and design tailored architectures, including integrations and data flows.
• Own technical demonstrations and manage security, compliance, and procurement processes for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align proposed solutions with the roadmap and provide customer feedback.
• Support onboarding and expansion efforts to ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise deals and presenting to C-level executives.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM systems, specifically retrieval, ranking, and generation.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Builder mentality with the ability to create structure and processes from scratch in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDN, edge, or web infrastructure platforms (e.g., Akamai).
