Production Control Warehouse Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Build and stage kits against bills of material and work orders, then deliver them to assembly stations.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain lot and serial traceability for flight-critical and export-controlled hardware.
• Support production control stand-ups with shortage and work-in-progress status, while keeping warehouse areas organized and audit-ready.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or material handling within a manufacturing, aerospace, marine, or defense logistics environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS inventory transactions, Excel, and RF scanning tools.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in an active shop-floor environment.
• Eligibility as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR is required.

Nice to have

• Aerospace, marine, or defense manufacturing experience.
• Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement experience.
• Military logistics or supply experience.
