What you will do

• Perform kitting operations for internal customers and external suppliers.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Update ERP systems to ensure traceability of serialized and lot-controlled items.
• Ensure safe and secure handling of sensitive or high-value aerospace components.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Support shipping operations by organizing pickups, packaging, and loading.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in receiving, shipping, or inventory management with electrical components.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic fields.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and barcode scanners.
• Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and ITAR compliance requirements.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Nice to have

• Experience with lean/5S warehouse practices.
• Understanding of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
• Forklift certification.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends to meet critical deadlines.
