Salary: $110K – $145K + Equity

What you will do

• Manage the master production schedule and coordinate work order releases into the facility.
• Collaborate with supply chain and materials teams for capacity planning, material kitting, and inventory staging.
• Perform impact analysis and modeling to optimize production efficiency and manage schedule adjustments.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and resolve ECOs, NCRs, or material supplier issues.
• Utilize digital tools such as MRP and MES to coordinate activities across cells, teams, and shifts.
• Support short-term and long-term budgeting and capacity planning for personnel and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in production control, MRP, or inventory management within high-complexity manufacturing (e.g., aerospace, defense, semiconductors).
• Strong proficiency with MRP/ERP systems, including production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Advanced Excel skills for extracting and interpreting data to model and improve production processes.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and QMS systems.
• Legal Status: Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
