What you will do

• Manage complex cross-functional integration for semiconductor ATE application test solution projects.
• Coordinate collaboration between customers, project engineering, applications field teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Apply project management best practices and standardize execution processes.
• Conduct project reviews, communicate progress, and report status to senior stakeholders and customers.
• Identify, escalate, and drive project issues to closure while resolving resource and skill gaps.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• More than 8 years of project management experience with integrated software and hardware products or projects in an R&D or applications engineering environment.
• Experience managing project teams across multiple geographic locations.
• Experience developing and standardizing project management processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate communication across project teams.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship and international relocation are unavailable.

Nice to have

• Current PMP certification.
• Experience in the semiconductor ATE industry.
