PD Project Management Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; onsite work arrangement with periodic travel

Salary: $91,200–$136,800 per year in U.S. locations, excluding Puerto Rico and specific California locations.

What you will do

• Lead operations activities and deliverables across the product development lifecycle from technology development through commercial launch.
• Manage manufacturing and supply chain schedule risks, mitigation plans, integrated project schedules, operational plans, budgets, and status updates.
• Define and track New Product Introduction objectives covering cost, cycle time, capacity, yield, and process performance.
• Lead cross-functional work with design, manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, sourcing, supplier quality, engineering, and contract manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate development builds, launch builds, capacity planning, and commercialization readiness.
• Drive manufacturing and sourcing strategy, business continuity planning, Design for Reliability and Manufacturing execution, and compliance with quality systems, Design History File documentation, and regulatory submission requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or new product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs in a regulated manufacturing or product development environment.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, operational plans, and program deliverables.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, or engineering stakeholders.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Roles below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting New Product Introduction programs.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, contract manufacturing, or supplier management.
• Experience with quality systems, design controls, product development documentation, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience with commercialization readiness, launch planning, capacity planning, or continuous improvement methodologies.
