What you will do

• Own operations activities and deliverables within product planning and execution.
• Manage value stream development from initial technology phase through market release.
• Define and achieve NPI program objectives, including COGS, cycle time, capacity, and yield.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sourcing to meet business goals.
• Develop and maintain project strategies, operations budgets, and detailed schedules.
• Ensure Quality System Compliance, Design History File, and Regulatory Submissions documentation.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
