• Own and manage engineering programs to ensure on-time product releases.
• Influence stakeholders across business, product, and development teams regarding scope and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, tracking targets against actuals.
• Implement visual and daily management tools to drive standard work.
• Drive improvements in product development processes to optimize quality, cycle time, and costs.
• Escalate and resolve resource conflicts in collaboration with engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an engineering discipline.
• Must be a U.S. Person or prepared to secure U.S. government export authorizations.
• Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Experience in new product development (NPI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
