What you will do

• Manage multiple tool installation, conversion, and demolition projects.
• Lead matrix teams and a contractor workforce of up to hundreds of contingent workers.
• Oversee supplier day-to-day operations, scope definition, schedule performance, and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with factory owners, facility managers, global supply management, and central design.
• Apply lean principles to ensure a safe, quality work environment without interrupting factory operations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into affordable and constructible project designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 3+ years of project management experience in large-scale construction or tool installation.
• Alternatively, 6+ years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proven experience in factory tool install or qualification ramp.

Nice to have

• Experience with process tool installation and demolition procedures.
• Knowledge of hirify.global IQ systems such as EMS, AIO, SIRFIS, SAP, and QUEST.
• Certification in PMP, Lean methodologies, or Six Sigma.
