What you will do

• Manage equipment readiness and commissioning from pre-design through installation and qualification.
• Direct and mentor a team of engineers and technicians in a matrix environment.
• Oversee onsite construction resources and equipment vendors, including funding and logistics.
• Coordinate planning across construction trades, equipment vendors, and third parties.
• Drive safety culture and risk prevention using Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Implement Lean initiatives and continuous improvement in construction processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical field with 4+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of equivalent experience in Project Management or tool installation.
• Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom/construction environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence personnel across organizations.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with large-scale construction or tool install programs.
• Knowledge of hirify.global systems (EMS, SIRFIS, Fuzion, QUEST, IMCS, Capacity Planning, SLS, 6D).
• Demo experience (6D trained and certified).
