Salary: CAD 201,000–268,000 OTE, including base salary and variable compensation tied to quarterly sales targets.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and close new commercial customer opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Guide complex deals by aligning technical requirements with business objectives across multiple stakeholders.
• Provide structured feedback to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Build enablement resources, demo environments, and reusable solution blueprints for the Solutions Engineering team.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect role within networking or security software.
• Experience co-owning pipeline and influencing quota outcomes with Sales.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of zero-trust networking, secure connectivity, and IAM integrations such as SSO, SAML, and OIDC.
• Experience with AI gateway and governance platforms, privileged access management, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on architecture experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure, plus excellent communication and business-value translation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PAM platforms and controls such as session recording, just-in-time access, and protocol-aware access.
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
