Sales Engineer UK/I (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, but must be based in the United Kingdom, preferably Southeast or Central UK. The role covers the UK/I and requires willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other in-person engagements.

What you will do

• Serve as a cybersecurity technology expert in customer environments.
• Lead discovery sessions, technical discussions, and product demonstrations for enterprise prospects.
• Partner with Sales to qualify leads, develop account strategies, and close opportunities.
• Assess customer requirements, answer technical questions, and align solutions to business needs.
• Collaborate with partners and support evaluations, installations, and post-sale product adoption.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services, preferably with enterprise cybersecurity customers.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, networking, cloud, Docker, Active Directory, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, cybersecurity methodologies, and Microsoft network protocols.
• Familiarity with penetration testing and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and willing to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• CEH, CISSP, or an equivalent certification.
• Practical penetration testing experience.
