Buyer (Temporary Position) (Specialty Rental)

Location: On-site in Delanco, NJ, United States. Temporary assignment for 3–6 months, Monday–Friday, with flexible start times.

What you will do

• Use MRP/ERP systems and issue purchase orders for shop, engineering, and service operations, including consumables and MRO products.
• Manage warehouse storage for rental fleet spares, including oversight of the warehouse clerk.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
• Review and issue change orders when required.
• Track purchase order acknowledgements, incoming goods, and material availability.
• Adjust purchase orders and report late deliveries to maintain on-time material availability.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience working as a buyer.
• Ability to manage and resolve internal and external issues and questions.
• Ability to manage changes as needed or directed.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Verbal and email communication skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and ability to use a company-provided laptop and cell phone.
