What you will do

• Manage key Investment Reporting Team workstreams, ensuring processes run efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Analyze investment reporting results and support issue resolution across the team’s models.
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust reporting systems and processes.
• Apply risk and control principles, identify weaknesses, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Communicate monthly results and technical findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Share expertise and coach newer team members.

Requirements

• Nearly or newly qualified actuary under the IFoA or an equivalent professional body.
• Experience with financial modelling; strong modelling knowledge and ideally experience using R.
• Understanding of insurer asset types and asset cashflow projection methodologies.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II discount rate calculation and reporting.
• Awareness of risk and regulatory requirements in the UK finance sector.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, independent working, and process improvement skills.
