What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client leadership, carriers, and external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead implementation readiness assessments, shape governance models, and facilitate strategic planning for complex programs.
• Drive decision-making and consensus among senior stakeholders in high-risk or ambiguous environments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and oversee escalation handling for strategic project issues.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the development of implementation best practices and operating standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
• 5+ years leading transformational programs or highly complex implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare and/or the employee benefits ecosystem.
• Proven executive presence and ability to lead engagements with a high degree of autonomy.
• Ability to influence senior internal leaders and external partners through strategic guidance.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or CSM.
• 3+ years of consulting, advisory, or client-facing project management experience.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, claims processing, and data integration.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
