What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for GA programs covering AI, digital transformation, and technical skills.
• Develop comprehensive ILT/VILT materials, including facilitator guides, slides, hands-on labs, and simulations.
• Integrate modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into practical, outcome-driven learning activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product managers, and client teams to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including onboarding vendors, contractors, and assessment specialists.
• Standardize reusable learning patterns and components to scale the GA learning portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional or learning experience design with a focus on ILT content.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of designing for enterprise, professional, or technical audiences.
• Hands-on fluency with current AI tools and understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Mastery of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE).
• Ability to manage stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional partners through the content development process.

Nice to have

• Technical proficiency in Python, APIs, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with GitHub or cloud-based lab environments.
• Background in designing enterprise AI adoption or leadership AI programs.
• Experience creating learning experiences for tools like Perplexity, Midjourney, or NotebookLM.
