What you will do

• Design and develop outcome-driven learning solutions across e-learning, virtual, and blended modalities.
• Create high-quality assets including videos, facilitator guides, and multi-day curricula.
• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to diagnose performance gaps and define learning objectives.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data such as QA scores, performance trends, and Kirkpatrick Levels.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of learning assets to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content creation and personalize learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional or learning experience design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Vyond, or Camtasia.
• Strong foundation in adult learning theory and behavior change strategies.
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Experience with knowledge management platforms.
