What you will do

• Set instructional systems design strategy, methodologies, curriculum frameworks, and quality standards for enterprise AI education.
• Lead the full ADDIE or comparable instructional design lifecycle from needs analysis through evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Design learner-centered training that makes complex AI, machine learning, and data literacy concepts practical for healthcare professionals.
• Manage and mentor instructional designers while overseeing quality, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to evaluate learning effectiveness and improve training strategies.
• Advise on instructional technology, adaptive learning, simulations, virtual instruction, and accessibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, learning strategy, or a related field.
• Doctorate required in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Educational Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading large-scale training programs, managing end-to-end instructional design processes, and mentoring learning professionals.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, learning technologies, and curriculum governance.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG, for digital learning solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship and able to pass applicable background investigations.
