Artificial Intelligence Fluency Manager (AI): Building and scaling enterprise AI learning, ambassador, and adoption programs across with an accent on AI capability development, grassroots engagement, and role-based enablement. Focus on designing training strategies, building an AI ambassador network, measuring adoption, and leading teams through organizational change.
Location: Hybrid role based at 's headquarters in Newport News, Virginia, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Salary: $8,233.34–$13,175.00 per month, plus eligibility for a bonus or incentive plan.

What you will do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI fluency programs spanning awareness, literacy, capability, and mastery.
- Build and support the AI Ambassador Program and network across functions and geographic areas.
- Design AI training with Academy, incorporating Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini while developing -specific content internally.
- Drive internal storytelling through an AI success repository and promote practical use cases across the organization.
- Coordinate cohorts, training licenses, tooling-expansion sessions, role-based playbooks, and prompt libraries.
- Track program participation, engagement, and ambassador-network health for leadership and AI Council reporting.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, community or program management, or organizational transition leadership.
- Previous people-management experience, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Proven success building and operating a grassroots network, community, champion, or ambassador program at scale.
- Experience designing enterprise-wide learning programs that measurably changed how people work.
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, internal communications, business judgment, and professional maturity.
- Experience working with frontline and distributed populations and representing AI enablement leadership in cross-functional and executive settings.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI or ML tool adoption and enterprise AI platform rollouts.
- Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks such as Kotter, ADKAR, or Bridges.
- Experience partnering with L&D organizations and using train-the-trainer models.
- Experience forming teams from the ground up, including writing job descriptions and interviewing.
