Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global's headquarters in Newport News, Virginia, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Salary: $8,233.34–$13,175.00 per month, plus eligibility for a bonus or incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI fluency programs spanning awareness, literacy, capability, and mastery.
• Build and support the AI Ambassador Program and network across functions and geographic areas.
• Design AI training with hirify.global Academy, incorporating Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini while developing hirify.global-specific content internally.
• Drive internal storytelling through an AI success repository and promote practical use cases across the organization.
• Coordinate cohorts, training licenses, tooling-expansion sessions, role-based playbooks, and prompt libraries.
• Track program participation, engagement, and ambassador-network health for leadership and AI Council reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, community or program management, or organizational transition leadership.
• Previous people-management experience, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and developing direct reports.
• Proven success building and operating a grassroots network, community, champion, or ambassador program at scale.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide learning programs that measurably changed how people work.
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, internal communications, business judgment, and professional maturity.
• Experience working with frontline and distributed populations and representing AI enablement leadership in cross-functional and executive settings.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or ML tool adoption and enterprise AI platform rollouts.
• Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks such as Kotter, ADKAR, or Bridges.
• Experience partnering with L&D organizations and using train-the-trainer models.
• Experience forming teams from the ground up, including writing job descriptions and interviewing.
