What you will do

• Own the internal communications strategy for a Core Tech portfolio and become a trusted partner to its leadership.
• Advise executives on messaging, timing, sensitive communications, and organizational change.
• Translate complex engineering, infrastructure, model inference, capacity planning, and security work into clear narratives for employees.
• Anticipate communications needs around launches, incidents, external attention, and organizational changes.
• Design channels and formats that improve signal, reduce noise, and connect employees with technical work.
• Plan and execute all-hands meetings, AMAs, and other internal forums while coordinating with the broader communications team.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in communications or an adjacent field such as journalism, speechwriting, chief of staff work, or strategy and operations.
• Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to simplify technical decisions and write convincingly in an executive's voice.
• Experience advising senior leaders and delivering candid recommendations in high-stakes situations.
• Ability to work credibly with engineers and security practitioners and understand how technical systems operate.
• Strong strategic judgment, organizational awareness, and ability to connect team updates with company mission.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience communicating about security, infrastructure, or other deeply technical domains.
• Experience at an AI, frontier technology, or similarly fast-moving technical organization.
• Experience building or running internal communications programs during rapid organizational growth.
