Communications Manager (AI)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) or San Francisco, CA (Remote)

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year

Developing open-world AI models that understand, simulate, and generate the world around us for creative tools, physical AI, product simulation, and new technology experiences.

What you will do

• Develop core messaging and positioning for products and the overall business.
• Work with journalists to communicate the company’s story, products, and business.
• Evaluate and coordinate executive speaking opportunities.
• Lead messaging and media outreach for model launches.
• Develop and support product and corporate announcements.
• Build thought leadership strategies and executive social presence while managing reporter and partner requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a PR professional, preferably including agency experience.
• Strong organization, process management, creativity, and written communication skills.
• Experience managing logistics for high-profile speaking engagements.
• Ability and interest to learn new technologies and take on evolving responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New York, NY, or remotely from San Francisco, CA.

• Experience working in AI.
• Experience handling B2B product launches.
