Senior Manager, Internal Communications (Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $140,000–$240,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Partner with Data Center Infrastructure leaders to understand strategy, priorities, projects, and milestones.
• Develop a clear organizational narrative and translate technical, construction, and operational work into accessible employee communications.
• Advise leaders on organization-wide communications, including change communications and sensitive, high-stakes topics.
• Create communications for site-based, frontline, non-desk, and distributed employees.
• Coordinate all-hands meetings, site milestones, leadership updates, and company-wide messaging with adjacent infrastructure and Corporate Communications teams.
• Track communication impact, gather employee insight, and use findings to improve communications.

Requirements

• Significant experience in internal or employee communications, preferably in technology, infrastructure, or a high-growth business.
• Experience communicating for organizations with physical operations such as data centers, energy, construction, manufacturing, or telecommunications.
• Experience reaching frontline, field, or non-desk employees and partnering with senior business leaders.
• Technical fluency and the ability to explain complex work clearly to broad audiences.
• Exceptional writing and editing, strong project management, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfort working hands-on in an ambiguous environment with changing priorities and scope.

• Experience in data centers, cloud, or AI infrastructure.
