What you will do
- Serve as the primary program leader and point of contact for customer leadership, task leads, product owners, contract officers, and stakeholders.
- Direct a team of approximately 45–50 technology professionals, including up to seven task leads, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Plan, manage, and report on multiple concurrent projects, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, performance, and quality.
- Support HHS CMS OIT initiatives involving IT strategy, Medicare Payment System Modernization, shared services, governance, investments, communications, and change management.
- Develop technical approaches and innovative solutions for complex federal IT and business problems.
- Apply project management expertise across software and web application lifecycles, Agile delivery, automation, and operational improvement.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience managing large, complex technology initiatives or enterprise IT programs for the federal government.
- Experience managing federal IT programs or projects with at least 30 support staff.
- Experience with IT governance, federal policies and regulations, cybersecurity directives, enterprise dashboards, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience overseeing end-to-end software and web application development, including requirements discovery, prototyping, configuration, change management, and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree and strong leadership, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must work in the United States in a hybrid arrangement based in Woodlawn, Maryland.

- Experience working with HHS CMS, particularly the Office of Information Technology.
- PMP certification.
- Agile certification.
